Nautica Lodge - Not your average B&B - On the Murray River in Western Australia

Reviews

"Nautica Lodge"

Recently my wife and I were invited to a wedding in Mandurah and decided that rather than travel back to Perth late in the night we would book into a B&B and, as we had heard about the new Nautica Lodge we decided to book in for the weekend.

On arrival at Nautica Lodge we were welcomed by Glenda and Roger who took time out to show us around the lodge. Our room- "the Rear Admiral Suite" was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, clean and private. After a quick unpack we settled in by spending some time sitting out on the balcony. The outlook from the balcony quickly put us into holiday mode as the setting overlooking the Murray River is quite stunning.

It was very evident that Glenda and Roger have given a lot of careful thought when selecting the location and designing the Lodge as they have achieved  to not only "capture the river" but  also to set a theme of comfort, luxury and privacy.

On Sunday Morning we decided to start the day with a walk along the park way, prior to coming back to the welcoming aroma to freshly brewed coffee and a cooked breakfast.

Peta and I will  soon be booking into Nautica Lodge for another weekend, and plan to spend much of the weekend exploring the upper reaches of the River.

We  highly recommend Glenda and Rogers B&B as the perfect place to stay when next in Mandurah.

"Nautica Lodge"

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Murray River, Nautica Lodge offers spacious accommodation in a peaceful environment.

Apart from excellent en-suite bedrooms, there is a comfortable living area and kitchen as well as a large deck, complete with a gas-fired BBQ should you wish to cook dinner.

Your hosts, Glenda and Roger, will give you a true Aussie welcome. A real treasure in North Yunderup.
